Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had spacious rooms with a great size jacuzzi tub and offered buffet breakfast. The location was ideal for being centrally located in San Jose, close to the SAP Center and downtown. The service was a mix of nice and helpful interactions but also some challenges with communication. The dining options were limited to microwaved offerings, and the facilities were basic but adequate.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with spacious and modern rooms featuring a big and comfy bed, along with excellent A/C and heat controls. The jacuzzi added a touch of luxury. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who ensured a clean and pleasant stay. The location was superb, being close to key attractions and offering great value with free parking. The dining experience was diverse, catering to various preferences although it was not exceptional. Overall, a fantastic stay with great amenities but with room for improvement in the dining options.
The hotel had some drawbacks like cigarette ashes and butts in the room and inconvenient light sensors, but the service was welcoming and friendly. The location was convenient for exploring downtown and had helpful staff, though some maintenance is needed. The dining options were satisfying, and the room had its flaws despite being in a nice area.
The hotel was quite clean, with ample room that was massive compared to others. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi bath they offer; that's the reason why I keep coming back. However, they did impose a $100 deposit on departure and some staff were unfriendly, including one with pinkeye. The location was great, offering a spacious room with a desk and table, but it was a bit far from Downtown. The dining options were minimal, with food that seemed to be straight out of a box. On the positive side, the hotel provided close access to venues and grocery stores for convenience.
